Re: people with myspace
Hmm.. I sampled some of the tracks.
Get this kid some better recording gear.. it's really hard to listen to a lot of the time.
I just use a Line6 Guitar port, that plugs your guitar right into the computer,
and you can use Gearbox with it which has lots of add ons, and effects to play with.
Fairly inexpensive too.. shouldn't be much more than $100.
Maybe I'm just an asshole but a lot of his playing sounds kinda forced.
You can't just pick 4 chords, and then strum the same 4 chords and call it a song..
Or I guess you can if you want.
I'm not really talking shit, my music space isn't much better.
Then again, everything I post is usually spontaneous..
ANYWAY....
He sounds like he's been playing about 3 years or so..
My main advice is, practice that finger picking.. you have potential there!
The solo work would be great if it wasn't so repetitive.
And for the love of god get some better recording equipment...
Otherwise, great job!
